Its All About You

We don’t know if we can help you unless we know what you are looking for. That may seem obvious, but we don’t follow a prescriptive, fits all-type process. We want to know where you are now – your current reality; we want to know what your long term Goals are; we want to meet you and talk to you; we want to ensure there is “fit” between us, and you need to satisfy yourselves that there is a “fit” with us. If we don’t see that we can help you we will say so. Likewise, if you don’t see that we can work together we expect you to say so too. We work with some wonderful, progressive, exciting businesses. But we also work with some businesses that are struggling for clarity and direction.

It Starts with a Coffee

Our process starts with a relaxed meeting over a coffee.  One of our business coaches will meet you for a relaxed conversation over coffee at a convenient location.  This isn’t a sales meeting, this is about getting to know each other.  You will get to know more about us and how we work, and we will get to know more about you, your business, your challenges and your goals.  

Once we both agree that we can add value to your business we will arrange a time for you to come along to our offices to talk in more detail.

Your Initial Consultation

This is where we start to add value.  We aren’t going to dive in to solutions or any big sell.  we will ask some more questions around your business, you goals and challenges.  

Over a 2-hour workshop in our Albany offices we ill document the key aspects of your business and support you in developing initial strategic plan along with potential solutions for any “low hanging fruit” that can easily be ticked off.

At the end of this session we will provide you with a copy of your initial strategic plan and talk about how we work with our clients to build more detailed actions to support the delivery of their strategy and how we can do the same for you.

We aim to add value for our clients every time we make contact, and we believe in adding value before we start getting paid.  There is not cost for this initial consultation and we will not ask you to sign any contract or agreement during this meeting.

Our Ongoing Relationship

When you are ready to continue the relationship we will agree on an ongoing schedule of meetings where we will help you put more detail into your strategic plan and identify the actions you need to execute it.

We will provide you the benefit of our experience to keep you on track and support you through your journey as your business grows and evolves.
